SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a
tracking number by email once your order ships.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days from the date of shipment via standard
ground services.

We currently ship within the United States only.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a
tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update
after shipment.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact
info@stratuslabshq.com within 90 days of the expected delivery date and we'll
arrange a replacement or refund.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at
checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the
customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
