We stand behind Stratus NMN with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund of the product price within 90 days of the date your order is delivered.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email info@stratuslabshq.com with your order number. That's it. No phone trees, no exit interviews, no "are you sure" upsell pages. We'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your request.

KEEP THE BOTTLE: NO RETURN REQUIRED
You do not need to send anything back. Keep the bottle, finish it, gift it, or throw it out, your call. There's no return form, no restocking fee, and no return shipping to arrange.

WHAT'S COVERED
- A full refund of the product price within 90 days of delivery, opened or unopened
- Damaged or defective products (replaced free of charge)
- Orders that arrive incorrect or incomplete

WHAT'S NOT COVERED
- Refund requests submitted more than 90 days after the delivery date

SUBSCRIPTIONS
You can cancel any subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations made before your next billing date will prevent the next shipment. The 90-day guarantee applies to each individual shipment.

DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 90 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
